Strangers in Mohua

When two worlds met

The Golden Bay Museum in New Zealand (partner in the Tasman 375 project) is supporting the excellent work of Robert Jenkin: "Strangers in Mohua: Abel Tasman’s Exploration of New Zealand, by Robert Jenkin and others (60p., published 2000). An approachable and well-illustrated introduction to the dramatic events of 13 December 1642-6 January 1643, when two worlds met for the first time."

Ordering the book can be done via the Golden Bay Museum.
